1. Acceptance of terms
By scheduling a service, dropping off a vehicle, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Exotic Autosport provides automotive repair, maintenance, performance modification, and parts sales for exotic and European vehicles. All services are performed by trained technicians and are subject to technician availability and parts procurement timelines. We reserve the right to decline any service at our discretion.
3. Estimates and authorization
Written or verbal estimates are not guaranteed final prices. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. We will contact you for authorization before proceeding with any work that exceeds the original estimate. Work will not begin without your approval.
4. Payment
Full payment is due upon completion of service before vehicle release. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Returned checks will incur a fee. Vehicles may be held until payment is received in full.
5. Vehicle storage
Vehicles left at our facility beyond 3 business days after completion notice may be subject to a daily storage fee. Exotic Autosport is not responsible for loss or damage due to theft, fire, weather, or acts outside our control while a vehicle is on our premises.
6. Warranty
Labor performed by Exotic Autosport is warranted for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first, unless otherwise stated in writing. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty only. Warranty is void if the vehicle has been altered, misused, or serviced by another shop after our work. Performance modifications are sold as-is with no warranty on drivability.
7. Parts
All parts sales are final. Returns or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unopened, uninstalled parts within 14 days of purchase. Special-order and electrical parts are non-returnable.
8. Limitation of liability
Exotic Autosport's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages of any kind.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee.
